Habanero Apricot Jelly

I hope you enjoy this video on how to make and can Habanero Apricot Jelly It is so easy to do and your family will love it:)


Sugar 9 Cup (144 tbs)
Vinegar 2 1/4 Cup (36 tbs)
Dried apricot 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , finely chopped
Chopped habanero 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped onion 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Chopped sweet red pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pectin 5 1/4 Ounce (3 packages)



Soak apricots in vinegar for 2 hours to overnight.


In a Dutch oven, combine sugar, soaked apricots, vinegar, onion, peppers, pectin and mix well.

Place the oven on heat and bring to boil.

Once it boils, transfer the mixture into sterilized jars and cover with lid.

Can as shown in the video to store for future use.
