I hope you enjoy this video on how to make and can Raspbanero Jelly .


Frozen raspberries 2 Quart
Sugar 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Pepper 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (jalapeno and habanero)
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Pectin 3 1/2 Ounce (2 packages)



In a Dutch oven, combine raspberries, sugar, peppers, pectin and mix well.

Place the oven on heat and bring to boil.

Once it boils, transfer the mixture into sterilized jars and cover with lid.

Can as shown in the video to store for future use.


Serve and enjoy!
