Frozen Treat Elsa's Jelly Slice - How to Make

Elsa's Ice Blue Jelly Slice is the perfect sweet treat or dessert for your Frozen themed party! Delicious, quick and easy to make, this dessert will be enjoyed by young and old alike! A Frozen twist on an old favourite!


Melted butter 200 Gram
Sweetened condensed milk 395 Gram
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Plain biscuits 250 Gram
Instant jelly mix 2 Ounce (2 sachet, blur colored)
Powdered gelatin 7 Gram



1. Put the biscuits in food processor and grind them up to a fine powder.

2. Pour melted butter and mix it well with the crumbs.

3. Transfer the biscuit mix to a plastic tray and spread it well.

4. Place it in the refrigerator and let it set.

5. Meanwhile dissolve water in boiling water, stir until dissolved.

6. Transfer gelatin, condensed milk and lemon juice to a separate bowl, mix until well combined.

7. Pour this mix over the set biscuit layer.Place the tray back into the fridge and let it set completely.

8. Dissolve blue jelly mix in boiling water and mix until it dissolves. Let the jelly mix cool down.

9. Pour the jelly mix over the condensed milk layer in the tray.

10. Place it back in the fridge and let everything set well.


11. Slice and serve these frozen treats. Enjoy!!
