Grilled Salmon Teriyaki

Ingredients

Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Dry sherry 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Brown sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Honey 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Light oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (canola or safflower)
Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm) , finely chopped
Finely chopped fresh ginger 2 Tablespoon
Salmon fillets 48 Ounce (8 pieces, Atlantic)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients, apart from salmon. Blend well till smooth.

2. Add fish, coat well with marinade and marinate for minimum 30 minutes. Alternatively, marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.

3. Heat grill plate and place marinated fish fillets.

4. Grill for 5 minutes on each side and remove on to a presentation platter.

SERVING

5. Serve warm.
