The FAMOUS Bang Bang Shrimp, EASY & DELICIOUS Recipe!

A couple days ago I went to a Japanese restaurant and ordered a dish called Bang Bang shrimp. And I thought it would be a lot of fun to try out this recipe. So instead of deep frying it. I decided to bake it. Watch this video to find out how to easily make Bang Bang Shrimp at home!

Ingredients

Shrimp 1 Pound (medium)
Salt 1 Pinch
Pepper 1 Pinch
Corn starch 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Egg 1
Water 8 Tablespoon
Breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sriracha sauce 1 Tablespoon
Chili paste 1 Tablespoon (ground fresh)
Honey 1 Tablespoon

Directions

Making

1. Clean and devein 1 pound of shrimp. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

2. To make the batter, in a big bowl, add 1/2 cup of corn starch, 1 egg, a pinch of salt, and about 8 tablespoons of water until the mixture has the right consistency. Then add all the shrimp in the batter and mix well.

3. Place a piece of foil paper on a baking sheet. Dip each shrimp in a cup of bread crumbs, and then place on the baking sheet.
