Following the popularity of everything Japanese from Pokemon Go to Sushi, here is my take on a Kani style Japanese Crab Salad.
Imitation crab | 150 Gram , strands separated | |
Rice noodles | 150 Gram | |
Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon | |
Sriracha sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
Lime juice | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Spring onions | 2 , chopped | |
Black sesame seeds | 1 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
Soak rice noodles in hot water, drain and rinse well.
For dressing, combine mayo, sriracha, lime juice and mix well.
In a bowl, combine noodles with dressing.
Add sesame seeds, spring onions and toss well.
SERVING:
