Ingredients

Apricots 1 Pound
Water 2 Tablespoon (Unless The Fruit Is Under
Sugar 1 Pound
Citric acid/Tartaric acid /the juice of lemon 1/2

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Start by cutting the fruit into pieces, take the stones and crack it and remove the kernels

MAKING

2. In a preserving pan, place the fruit along with the water, keep simmering until the fruit turns soft

3. In the same pan, now add sugar and acid or lemon juice, boil quickly and thoroughly until the mixture sets

SERVING

4. Serve Apricot Jam over sliced apples or over French apple tart
