Apples | 800 Gram | |
Lemon chili | 200 Gram | |
Water | 100 Milliliter | |
Apple cider vinegar | 50 Milliliter | |
Yellow mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
Jam sugar | 500 Gram |
MAKING:
In a saucepot, combine apples, chiles, vinegar, water and cover with lid,
Cook for 20 minutes and mash using hand blender.
Add sugar and stir well.
Add mustard and mix well.
Transfer to a glass jar with lid.
SERVING:
Serve any grilled dish and enjoy!
