Homemade Fig Jam - Raw Vegan Snack.

Easy vegan recipe with just 5 ingredients.

Ingredients

Fig 12 , soaked in water
Coconut sugar 3 Teaspoon
Chia seeds 2 Teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1/4 Teaspoon
Water 5 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. Put the figs in the jar. Pop the lid on, blend until we get a nice paste.

2. Add sugar, chia seeds and vanilla extract to the blender and blend well.

3. Put the paste in the fridge and let it sit there for 30 minutes.

SERVING

4. Spread the jam on crackers, garnisg with chopped kale or cilantro and serve.
