Jalapeno Poppers

Thumbs up for this delicious Low carb jalapeno poppers recipe! I love making these and I never have left overs, its a BIG hit at my house. Please Enjoy!


Cream cheese 1 Pound , softened
Jalapeno 1 Pound
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Cassia spice 1 Teaspoon
Cilantro 2 Tablespoon
Cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Bacon 5 Ounce , cut in half
Green onion 1 , chopped finely



1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Cur jalapeno in half and deseed.

3. Microwave cream cheese and add cheddar cheese in it.

4. Add in cassia spice, cumin and green onion. Mix well.


5. Stuff pepper with the mixture.

6. Wrap bacon around pepper and bind with a toothpick.

7. Place in a baking tray on griller.

8. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.


9. Serve hot in a tray.
