How to make pickled Jalapeños- A great recipe for Grill and Smoker.


Vinegar 500 Milliliter
Water 500 Milliliter
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1 Tablespoon
Chopped jalapeno 4 Cup (64 tbs) (green and red colored)



In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, salt, sugar and bring to boil.

Add peppercorns, mustard seeds and chopped jalapenos to a jar.

Pour the liquid into jar, close with lid and allow to rest in an upside down position for 10 days.



Serve and enjoy!
