Vinegar | 500 Milliliter | |
Water | 500 Milliliter | |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
Mustard seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
Chopped jalapeno | 4 Cup (64 tbs) (green and red colored) |
MAKING:
In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, salt, sugar and bring to boil.
Add peppercorns, mustard seeds and chopped jalapenos to a jar.
Pour the liquid into jar, close with lid and allow to rest in an upside down position for 10 days.
SERVING:
