I don't know about you put these homemade three cheese jalapeno poppers will have any party poppin' off. So delish.
Jalapenos | 6 , cut in half, seeds and ribs removed | |
Cream cheese | 4 Ounce (at room temperature) | |
Shredded white cheddar cheese | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Extra sharp white cheddar | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Scallions | 2 , thinly sliced | |
Onion powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Salt and pepper | To Taste | |
Panko bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) |
GETTING READY
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
MAKING
Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet and prepare the filling.
For the filling – In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sharp white cheddar, scallions, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until completely combined.
Fill out jalapenos with the mixture and top with good sprinkle of the Panko.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until you see the mixture bubbling.
Turn the oven on broil and them cook until a golden brown, about 45 seconds to a minute.
SERVING
Serve immediately with some dip.
