A great vegan delight

Ingredients

Portabella mushroom 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped
Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Arborio rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic cloves 4 , chopped
Red onion 1 Medium , chopped finely
Vegetable broth cubes 2 (porcini broth cube/ mushroom broth cubes can also be used)
Lemon 1⁄2
Oil 2 Tablespoon , divided
Salt To Taste
Parsley 1 Tablespoon , chopped finely
Fresh basil 1 Tablespoon , chopped finely
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (as needed to cook the rice)
