|Fresh basil leaves||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Extra virgin olive oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Kosher salt||2 Pinch|
|Toasted pine nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic cloves||2 , peeled and crushed|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
|Grated parmigiano reggiano||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. In a food processor, put together all the ingredients except olive oil.
2. Put on the food processor and stream in the olive oil.
3. Open the lid, scrape the side of food processor and continue to blend and add olive oil, until the mixture gets coarse texture.
4. Serve or use as desired.
