Cedar Planked Meatballs

Here is an easy way to make some flavorful meatballs. This is using Nature's Choice Cedar Planks. These are by far the best planks I have ever used!!!


Ground beef 1 Pound
Ground pork 1 Pound
Dried parsley 1 Tablespoon (as needed)
Egg 1
Kosher salt To Taste
Garlic pepper seasoning 2 Tablespoon (as needed)
Oregano 1 Tablespoon (as needed)
Fresh ground black pepper To Taste
Cubed bread 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1. Preheat grill. Place the planks on the grill and preheat for about 5 minutes.


2. In a mixing bowl, add beef, pork, parsley, kosher salt, egg, garlic pepper seasoning, oregano, fresh ground black pepper, bread cubes and bread crumbs, mix lightly and form into balls.

3. Flip the planks and place arrange the meatballs onto it, grill for about 20 minutes.


4. Toss in red sauce and serve over spaghetti.
