Cheesy Vegetable Pasta

Cheesy vegetable pasta, this pasta is colorful tasty and cheesy, perfect to serve kids and adults. . . Make it as close to serving time to enjoy the pasta more. . .


Cooked pasta 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Thinly sliced capsicum 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , thinly sliced (red, yellow and green mixed)
Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Boiled sweet corn kernels 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cheese slice 2
Salt To Taste
Fresh ground black pepper To Taste



1. In a non stick pan, heat butter, add in the colored capsicum/ peppers, saute for 2-3 minutes. Add in the pasta, milk, salt, pepper, corn and cheese slices, mix well , allow to cook over medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes.


2. Serve hot with garlic bread.
