Fricos Italian Cheese Crisps

How to make a simple, but delicious, one ingredient hors d'oeuvre....grated parmigiano cheese wafers or crisps. Demonstrated by professional cooking teacher, and former caterer, Betty Bannerman Busciglio.


Freshly grated parmesan cheese 2 Ounce



1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.


2. Place a cookie cutter onto the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle generous tablespoonful of parmesan. Make 8 circles leaving some space in between.

3. Bake for 5 or 6 minutes until very lightly browned.


4. Serve over the green salad.
