Olive Garden Baked Parmesan Shrimp is a new menu item served at the Olive Garden, it has a rich creamy Parmesan sauce. This is a fun dinner item to serve you can make individual casserole dishes and serve them to be extra fancy.

Heavy cream | 1 Pint | |
Parmesan cheese | 8 Ounce | |
Cooked shrimp | 8 Ounce , peeled and deviened | |
Roma tomato | 1 , cut into small pieces | |
Fresh chopped parsley | 2 Teaspoon | |
Bread crumbs | 2 Tablespoon (Optional) | |
Parmesan cheese | 2 Teaspoon | |
Melted butter | 1 Tablespoon |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
MAKING
2. In a medium size saucepan, combine butter and heavy cream. Heat until butter is melted completely and the mixture comes to a simmer.
3. Add in the Parmesan cheese into pot and stir until melted.
4. Season with salt and white pepper if desired. Place cooked pasta in a bowl, and stir in the sauce, mix to coat pasta evenly.
5. Pour pasta into 2 or 3 small casserole dishes.
6. Place several pieces of shrimp onto casserole, and place in the oven. Bake until all is heated through.
SERVING
7. Garnish with chopped tomatoes, Parmesan and parsley. Serve and enjoy!
