A traditional Italian recipe with the distinct flavors of fresh basil, nuts, garlic and olive oil.
|Fresh basil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Pine nuts/Walnut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. In blender, combine basil, olive oil, pine nuts/ walnuts, garlic, salt, and 2 tablespoons of water. Blend until smooth.
2. Use as desired.
If using pine nuts lightly roast then, cool completely and then blend along with other ingredients.
