Pasta Salad with Basil Vinaigrette, delicious and refreshing salad!


Cooked fusilli 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Blanched, peeled and chopped tomato 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Finely chopped walnuts 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Finely chopped black olives 2 Tablespoon
Processed cheese cube 1 , Cut into 6 pieces
Salt To Taste
For basil vinaigrette
Olive oil 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Chopped fresh basil 2 Tablespoon
Finely chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt and ground black pepper To Taste



For Basil Vinaigrette:

1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, chopped basil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

For Salad:

2. In a bowl, combine fusilli, tomato, walnut, olives, and basil vinaigrette. Season with salt and toss well.

3. Add the cheese cubes and mix lightly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.


4. Serve chilled.
