Ingredients

Chopped basil leaves 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Grated parmesan cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Toasted pine nuts 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , minced
Parsley 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , chopped
Low fat greek yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (or non fat)
Sun dried tomato 2 Tablespoon (Optional)
Salt and pepper To Taste
Red pepper flakes To Taste

Directions

MAKING

1. In a food processor add all the ingredients and blend till creamy and smooth. Transfer into a bowl.

SERVING

2. Serve this pesto over steamed fish, chicken or salads and pasta.
