Satan's Spawn - Deviled eggs - Halloween Special

Karen Ahmed is taking Deviled eggs to Satanic heights! Use the same ingredients in a classic Deviled egg to create a sinister Satan's spawn for Halloween. Guaranteed to creep your guests! Potluck perfect!

Ingredients

Hardboiled egg 12 Medium , peeled, cut into half
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sriracha sauce 2 Teaspoon
Gelatin 2 Teaspoon (1/2 pack)
Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoon
Red food color 2 Drop

Directions

GETTING READY

1. In a bowl mix gelatin with water till dissolved. Add it to sriracha sauce. Mix well.

MAKING

2. In a bowl take all the egg yolks. Put the mayonnaise and mix well till creamy. Add the food color and continue to mix till evenly colored. Fill the mixture in a piping bag.

3. Into each egg white, drizzle few drops of sriracha gelatin mix. Pipe the egg yolk on it to look like a devil's baby with a tail and horns. Place the coriander seeds for eyes.

SERVING

4. In a serving platter, serve the deviled eggs cold.
