Italian-Style Meatball Stew

Italian style vegetables, meatballs, and seasoning make the stew absolutely delicious!


Dry pasta 2 Cup (32 tbs) (625 mL, fusili, rotini, penne, bow ties, shells)
Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
Frozen italian style vegetables 4 Cup (64 tbs) (1 L)
Flour 3 Tablespoon (45 mL)
Tomatoes 28 Ounce (796 mL)
Cooked meatballs 1 Pound (500 g, approximately 16)
Italian seasoning 2 Tablespoon (Club House Italiano One Step Seasoning)



1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse until cold. Drain again and set aside.

2. In a large saucepan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high flame.

3. Add frozen vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.

4. Sprinkle with flour and toss to mix. Cook for another 1 minute.

5. Add tomatoes, meatballs, reserved pasta and seasoning. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender and sauce is thickened.


6. Serve hot and enjoy!
