Belgian endive head | 2 , chopped | |
Radicchio head | 1 , chopped | |
Parmesan cheese shaving | To Taste | |
Balsamic vinegar | 1 Teaspoon (drizzle as needed) | |
Kosher salt | To Taste | |
Olive oil | 1 Teaspoon (drizzle as needed) |
MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl, combine arugula, endive, radicchio, and parmesan shaving.
2. Drizzle with vinegar, season with salt, drizzle olive oil and toss.
SERVING
3. Serve with grilled meat and enjoy!
