90 Second Tri Calore Salad

It's a salad that's almost a work of art. Arugula, Endive Radicchio mix color and flavor, and parmesan makes this Tri Calore Salad oh-so Itailan!

Ingredients

Baby arugula 2 Cup (32 tbs) , chopped
Belgian endive head 2 , chopped
Radicchio head 1 , chopped
Parmesan cheese shaving To Taste
Balsamic vinegar 1 Teaspoon (drizzle as needed)
Kosher salt To Taste
Olive oil 1 Teaspoon (drizzle as needed)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a mixing bowl, combine arugula, endive, radicchio, and parmesan shaving.

2. Drizzle with vinegar, season with salt, drizzle olive oil and toss.

SERVING

3. Serve with grilled meat and enjoy!
