Creamy Healthy Penne Pasta

Easy to make, yet delicious and nutritious! Creamy penne pasta is a mouth-watering recipe! Take a look at it!

Ingredients

Whole wheat penne pasta 500 Gram
Low fat sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Low fat low sodium parmesan cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Minced garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Broccoli head 1 Medium , cut into spears

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Combine sour cream, cheese and garlic and set aside.

2. In a pot, cook pasta in lightly salted boiling water.

MAKING

3. Just 3 minutes before pasta is cooked, add broccoli to pot.

4. Drain pasta and broccoli.

5. Add sour cream mixture and stir well. Season with fresh pepper to taste.

SERVING

6. Serve hot. If needed sprinkle some chili flakes over it.
