Reduced Calorie Beef Lasagna

One of the most popular Italian delicacy-Lasagna, in an easier and healthier yet tasty version. Try this extraordinary recipe and relish the taste!


Whole wheat lasagna noodles 14 Ounce
Ground lean beef 3 Pound
Low sodium spaghetti sauce 5 1/2 Cup (88 tbs)
Low fat cheese 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Low calorie sour cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Low fat white sauce 5 Cup (80 tbs)
Parsley 1 Teaspoon



1. In a skillet or a pan brown the ground beef and drain.

2. Add the spaghetti sauce to the pan and set aside.

3. In a blender, mix cheeses, white sauce and beat until smooth.

4. In a slightly greased pan, spread the bottom layer with half sauce mix. Then top sauce layer with 2 lasagna noodles.

5. Then spread cheese layer over lasagna.

6. Keep adding layers until lasagna almost reached the top of the pan.

7. Sprinkle with parsley and mozzarella.

8. Bake at 350 F for an hour or until lasagna is tender and cheese melts.


9. Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy warm.
