Betty's Chicken and Cheese Bow Tie Pasta

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Chicken and Cheese Bow Tie Pasta. This is a luscious chicken and pasta dish that has a tangy cheesy sauce.


For cooking the pasta
Uncooked farfalle pasta/Any pasta of your choice 8 Ounce
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Or as needed)
Salt 1 Teaspoon (Boiled in salt water)
For the sauce
Velveeta cheese/Any cheese of your choice 1 Pound , cubed
Sour cream 8 Ounce
Skimmed milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cooked chicken breast 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs) , shredded (Cooked in slow cooker / Any kind of chopped cooked chicken may be used)



1. Cook bow tie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.


2. In a double boiler, place Velveeta cheese, sour cream, and milk. Cook until cheese melts, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the shredded, cooked chicken and prepared bow tie pasta. Cook and stir, until heated through.

4. Once done, transfer into a serving dish.


5. Serve hot and enjoy with other side dishes of your choice.
