This is a classic dish from a favorite Florida chain. Many of us don't live in this area, but you can make this recipe. Dinner will be ready in no time.

Linguine/Spaghetti / penne pasta 8 Ounce ((Cooked in salted boiling water as per instructions on the pack))
For the sauce
Olive oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Garlic cloves 8 Medium , crushed
Dry white wine/Chicken broth 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Heavy cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Soy sauce 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Shrimp 1 Pound , cleaned, deveined and halved

1. Heat a large pan with olive oil over medium high heat. Add garlic and saute for a couple of minutes until fragrant.

2. Add wine, heavy cream, soy sauce and stir to allow the mixture to heat up.

3. Season with a little salt and pepper. Then, add the shrimp, stir gently, cook over medium high heat for almost 10 minutes, or until shrimp is done.

4. Plate the sauce along with the shrimps over some perfectly done linguine.

5. Serve at once and enjoy!

Do not use half and half instead of the heavy cream.
