Ingredients

Ground beef 500 Gram
Garli clove 2 Medium , mince
Onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chopped finely
Tomato puree 2 Can (20 oz)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Oregano 1 Teaspoon
Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
Lasagna noodles 800 Gram
Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Egg yolk 1
Grated cheese 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Pre heat oven to 375 degrees F.

MAKING

2. Brown Meat, Garlic and Onion in hot fat.

3. Add tomato puree,salt,pepper,oregano and minced parsley. Cook to a sauce.

4. Cook Macaroni or noodles according to the directions and drain.

5. Make cheese mixture by combining cottage cheese,egg yolk,minced parsley and oregano.

6. Place ingredients in layers in 13" *9" pan in the order listed below,beginning and ending with the sauce. 7. Repeat until all ingredients are used up.

8. Bake at 375F for 30mins.

SERVING

9. Take out of the oven and serve.
