Pizza dough | 250 Gram (just enough for 1 pizza) | |
Butter | 1 Tablespoon , melted | |
Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
Cold milk | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Franks red hot sauce | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Worcestershire sauce | 1 Dash | |
Cayenne pepper | To Taste (Optional) | |
Chicken breast | 1 , cooked, shredded (leftover from buffalo chicken) | |
Mozerella slice | 3 , torn (more or less as needed) | |
Tomato slices | 5 |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 425 degree F.
MAKING
2. On floured surface, roll pizza dough and place it on the pizza pan. Spread evenly and using a fork prick it all over the top.
3. Place the pan in oven and bake crust for 10 minutes.
4. Place a skillet over medium high heat and melt butter in it.
5. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
6. Pour cold milk into the skillet with hot roux. Whisk well to avoid lump. Turn the heat to high and bring it to a boil.
7. Stir in hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper (optional). Whisk constantly and cook for 15 seconds on high or until thickened.
8. Spread sauce evenly on the crust, reserving ½ cup to mix with chicken.
9. In a mixing bowl, mix together shredded chicken and remaining sauce.
10. Top crust with cheese slice, tomato, and shredded chicken.
11. Pop it back into 425 degree F oven and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
SERVING
12. Cut into wedges and serve hot!
