Easy Bacon Frittata

Crispy hashbrowns, bacon and Cheddar cheese blend together perfectly in this easy-to-make frittata.

Ingredients

Oil 3 Tablespoon
Shredded hashbrowns 2 Cup (32 tbs) (frozen)
Eggs 7 , beaten
Milk 2 Tablespoon
Bacon slices 12 , crisped and crumbled
Shredded cheddar cheese 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil, add hash browns and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently until golden.

2. In a bowl, put together eggs and milk and whisk to combine.

3. Stream the egg mixture over hash browns and sprinkle with bacon.

4. Put the lid on and reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes, or until eggs are set.

FINALIZING

5. Sprinkle with cheese on top, take the pan off the heat, cover, and allow to sit for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

SERVING

6. Cut into wedges to serve.

TIPS

You can add in green peppers or any leftover you have in refrigerator if desired.
