How to make meatballs

Minced meat 400 Gram (pork or beef)
Bread slices 4
Egg 1 Large
Salt 1 Pinch
Chopped parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped
Black pepper 1 Pinch
Parmigiano reggiano cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Breadcrumb 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cooking oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



1. Soak the bread in little water.

2. In a mixing bowl combine the bread, Italian flat parsley, minced meat, egg, salt and pepper and parmigiano reggiano cheese.

3. Mix everything until well combined.

4. Make meatballs and roll it in the breadcrumbs.

5. In a sauté pan pour oil and shallow fry the meatballs for 5-7 minutes or until cooked and browned.

6. Once done remove and allow it to rest.


7. Serve the Meatballs hot with dipping sauce if you like.
