Easy Weeknight Chicken Parmesan

You can make chicken Parmesan in the oven its easy to do, and it only takes about 20 minutes. You simply need some sauce, a couple of chicken breasts, and cheese. This recipe is so easy that even a very novice cook can make this recipe.

Ingredients

Chicken breast 2
Canned tomato sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Garlic salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Monterey cheese 1 Tablespoon
Mozzarella cheese 3 Ounce

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Pound the chicken breast to even thickness.

MAKING

3. In a baking pan, grease the surface with nonstick spray.

4. Place the chicken breasts on it.

5. Season with garlic salt and pepper.

6. Pour the tomato sauce on it.

7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

8. Take it out and sprinkle the Monterey cheese on it.

9. Slice the fresh mozzarella cheese and place on the chicken breasts.

10. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes for the cheese to melt.

SERVING

11. Serve right away alongside some pasta and enjoy an easy and scrumptious weeknight meal.
