PESTO SPREAD - Quick and Easy's picture

Cheese 50 Gram , grated
Pine nuts 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
Mixed greens 200 Gram
Basil leaves 50 Gram
Salt 1 Pinch
Pepper 1 Pinch
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon



1.In a food processor, add one third of each ingredient (except oil and spices) and process it.

2.Repeat the above process another time with all ingredients including the oil but not the spices.

3.Now put in all the spices and season with salt and pepper to make the pesto spread.


4.Use it as a spread on garlic bread, add cheese and enjoy the taste of the freshly made pesto.
