How to Make Coffee Panna Cotta

MMMM... bet you can't eat just one of these great desserts.

Ingredients

Milk 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (2% milk)
Gelatin 1/4 Ounce (1 envelope unflavored gelatin)
Heavy cream 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs) (35%)
White sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Instant coffee 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In a small mixing bowl, mix gelatin and milk together.

2. Place a heavy bottom pan on heat, and pour heavy cream in it. Add sugar and stir. Bring it to boil.

3. Add coffee and gelatin milk mixture in it. Stir constantly.

4. Remove the pan from heat, and stir in vanilla.

5. In serving glasses, pour the mixture. Allow it to cool.

6. Cover glasses with plastic, and place it in refrigerator for 4 hours.

SERVING

7. Serve coffee panna cotta chill.
