This strawberry bruschetta is the perfect sweet snack. The sugar is caramelized over the top of juicy strawberries which turns the strawberries almost into a fresh jam.
|Bread slice||4 (Recommended Italian)|
|Chocolate spread||3 Tablespoon (Recommended Nutella)|
|Strawberries||5 , sliced|
|Turbinado sugar||2 Tablespoon|
Toast both sides of the bread slices on a griddle or in a toaster. Then spread the chocolate spread evenly over the top of each slice. Add the fresh strawberries over the chocolate spread and sprinkle the turbinado sugar over the strawberries. Take a kitchen torch and caramelize the sugar.
(If you don’t have a kitchen torch caramelize the sugar using the broiler option for the oven.)
