Ingredients

Parsley 2 Cup (32 tbs) , packed
Fresh basil 1 1/2 Bunch (150 gm)
Olive oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
Grated pecorino cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Oregano 1/2 Teaspoon
Pine nuts/Walnuts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a food processor, blend all the ingredients till smooth, also stop the machine once in process to scrape down the unnecessary waste

SERVING

2. Serve has a topping on chicken, fish or rice

TIPS

Pesto is wonderful, always have some on hand to dress up a plain dish, also make it in the summer when fresh basil is plentiful
