Ingredients

Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs) , packed
Pistachio 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , shelled (unsalted & toasted)
Parmesan 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , grated
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Olive oil 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Pasta 1 Pound , cooked

Directions

MAKING

1. In a blender, put spinach, pistachio, parmesan cheese, salt, garlic and olive oil. Blend it well.

2. Pour wit over pasta and mix well.

SERVING

3. Serve it with soup.
