Italian Beef Sandwich

Rump of beef 2 1/2 Pound
Beef broth 2 Ounce
Dry oregano 1 Teaspoon
Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
White pepper 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Olive salad 1 Tablespoon



1. In a crock pot pan lined with slow cooker liner add the beef broth.

2. Dunk the beef roast into it and sprinkle dried oregano all over it.

3. Cover it with a lid and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.

4. Add 4 teaspoon of kosher salt and freshly ground white pepper, cover it with a lid and slow cook it for 2 hours.

5. Shred the beef slightly and slit the loaf lengthwise and stuff the beef into it. Dip the bread in the broth, top with a spoonfull of olive salad.


6. Eat immediately.


You can make as many sandwiches as you like with toppings of your choice.
