Beefsteak tomatoes | 2 , sliced | |
Fresh mozzarella cheese | 1/2 Pound , sliced | |
Basil | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chiffonade | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Balsamic vinegar | 3 Tablespoon |
GETTING READY
1. Using a sharp knife, cut tomatoes and mozzarella cheese in thin slices.
2. Roll the basil leaves and cut in thin strips.
MAKING
3. In a serving platter, arrange the tomatoes, mozzarella slices.
4. Sprinkle basil, salt and pepper on top.
SERVING
5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic all over the top and serve.
