Italian Lasagna Skillet Dinner

Who doesn't love a simple one-skillet dinner? Love it when a whole meal can be prepared in just one pan? This is the dinner for you. I used leftover lasagna noodles and Italian sausage to make this meal.

Ingredients

Italian sausage 1 Pound
Chopped onions 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped red bell pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cooked pasta 12 Ounce
Pasta sauce 26 Ounce (1 jar)
Italian seasoning blend 2 Teaspoon
Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped basil/Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Olive oil 2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING:

In a skillet, brown sausage until well cooked.

Slice the browned sausage and set aside.

Saute onions and red bell pepper in same skillet.

Add oil if needed.

Cook until translucent and add cooked pasta.

Add pasta sauce and Italian seasoning blend.

Add sausage and top with cheese.

Pop the skillet into oven and broiler for 2 minutes.

Garnish with chopped basil.
