Easy Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce

This sauce is very special and simple. It is tasty with Tagliatelle,
Fettuccine or even gnocchi. Rich and decadent is what makes this sauce such a favourite.


Butter 2 Tablespoon
Shallot 1 Small , dice
35 % whipping cream 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Gorgonzola 4 Ounce , crumbled
Fresh ground pepper 1 Pinch
Fresh grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon



In large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. 

Cook shallot for 3 minutes or until softened. 

Add cream and bring to boil for about 3 minutes or until reduced slightly. 

Reduce heat; add Gorgonzola and pepper; stir until melted and thickened.

Toss with your fave cooked pasta.

Tip: 4 oz (125 g) of gorgonzola cheese is about 3/4 cup (175 mL)
