Tomato Habanero Pesto- A great recipe for Grill and Smoker.


Tomato 100 Gram , dried (in oil with spices)
Habanero 4
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Olive tapenade 50 Gram
Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Pine nuts 3 Tablespoon
Parmesan 30 Gram
Basil 2 Tablespoon (fresh or dried)
Pepper To Taste
Salt To Taste
Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) , divided



In a blender, combine tomato, habanero, garlic, olive tapenade, balsamic vinegar, pine nuts, parmesan, basil, pepper, salt and blend well by slowly adding olive oil.

Store in a glass jar.



Serve and enjoy!
