How to International Christmas Cooking: Fagottini

In this episode of how to international Christmas cooking, learn how to create the delicious Italian dish called 'Fagottini', which combines the beautiful ingredients of leek, salmon and parmesan.


For the crepes
Eggs 2
Milk 300 Milliliter
Flour 150 Gram
Butter 40 Gram
For the filling
Leek 500 Gram
Fresh goat cheese 100 Gram
Salmon 100 Gram
Parmesan 50 Gram
Milk 100 Milliliter
Salt and pepper To Taste



For the crepes 

Put flour and milk together and stir with a whisk. 

Add melted butter and eggs and stir until mixture is smooth and creamy. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. 

Then prepare your crepes.

For the filling

Cut the leek leaves and put them in boiling water for 2 minutes and then drain them. 

Cut the leaves on a cutting board and then you will use the strips to close your little bags. 

Cut the rest of the leek and cook in a skillet. 

Cut the salmon into cubes and cook in another pan. 

Once cooked, add leeks, salmon with goat cheese and Parmesan cheese. 

Mix well and add a pinch of salt and pepper.


Fill your little bags with the filling and close them with the leek leaf. Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
