|Extra virgin olive oil||1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Balsamic vinegar||2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Golden onion||1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , chopped finely|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm) , chopped|
|Salt and pepper||To Taste|
1. Take olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, onion, thyme, rosemary and whisk it all together.
2. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well.
3. Drizzle over a salad and serve or use it as marinade and grill meat.
