A classic creamy pasta is loaded with unhealthy saturated fat. Its made with butter, cream and Parmesan cheese. With 30 grams of saturated fat, thats 1 1/2 times of daily recommended intake, it is way too much to have in one meal. Lets get rid of this unhealthy meal and swapt that for this healthier version of pasta.

Chicken breast | 1 Pound , cut into strips | |
Lemon zest | 2 Tablespoon | |
Sliced mushrooms | 200 Gram | |
Broccoli | 500 Gram , steamed | |
Reduced fat cream cheese | 60 Gram | |
Black pepper | To Taste |
MAKING
1. In a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil and pasta to it. Cook as per package instructions.
2. In a pan, heat the olive oil and add chicken strips to it. Allow to cook on both sides. Add in the lemon zest, sliced mushrooms and steamed broccoli, followed by light cream cheese. Allow the cream cheese to melt.
3. Add in the cooked past and stir it through. Season with freshly craacked black pepper.
SERVING
4. Serve hot.
