Speedy No-Knead-Roll-Oven Required Pizza Bring the Heat

No Knead, Roll or oven required to prepare my lazy daze pizza recipe. Bring the pizza on table under 15 minutes.


For the base
Wheat flour/Plain flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Rapid rise yeast 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon
Cooked grain 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Optional)
Chopped pickled jalapeno pepper 1 Tablespoon
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Hot water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/4
For the topping
Canned roasted red pepper 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , sliced (Mezzetta roasted red pepper)
Black olives 3 , halved (Mezzetta black olives)
Pizza sauce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Mezzetta pizza sauce)
Cheese slices 2
Basil leaves 5



For the base – In a deep pan, add in all the ingredients one by one and mix well.

Spread the dough into the pan and let it sit for sometime to rise.

Place the pan over the stovetop and cook until the base is golden brown.

Flip the base and spread the pizza sauce and top with cheese, roasted red pepper and black olives. Cook again until done.  



Garnish the pizza with basil leaves and feta cheese.
