Creamy Bacon Pasta Recipe

Looking for a tasty one-pot pasta meal for an easy weeknight supper? Here it is!


Thick bacon slices 4 , chopped
Garlic cloves 2 , minced
Penne 8 Ounce
Chicken broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Freshly ground black pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Broccoli head 1 , chopped
Frozen peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Whipping cream 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (35%)
Grated parmesan cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



In a deep skillet fry the bacon until crisp. 

Add in garlic; cook stirring for 30 seconds or so. 

Then add in pasta, broth, salt, and pepper. 

Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. 

Give it a stir once or twice during this time. S

tir in broccoli, peas, whipping cream, and Parmesan cheese. 

Cook stirring about 2 minutes more or until heated through.


Serve immediately with garlic bread.
