Cauliflower head | 1 , chopped | |
Vegetable stock/Chicken stock / water with 2 stock cubes | 5 Cup (80 tbs) | |
Olive oil/Butter /combination of both | 2 Tablespoon | |
Crushed garlic | 2 Tablespoon | |
Grated cheese | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Water | 5 Cup (80 tbs) |
MAKING:
Bring water to boil in a large pot and add stock/ stock cubes to iy.
Add cauliflower, cover with lid and cook for 7-10 minutes or until well cooked.
Transfer the cauliflower to blender and process until smooth.
In a saucepan, heat olive oil and butter. Saute garlic and add cauliflower puree to it.
Add milk, grated cheese, salt, pepper and stir well until well cooked.
SERVING:
Serve with rice or pasta and enjoy!
