How To Make Healthy Alfredo Sauce With Cauliflower

Yes- you read right. It's possible. With one secret ingredient, the creamy Alfredo you know and love can be transformed into something you can eat bite after bite without the guilt. It's cauliflower!

Ingredients

Cauliflower head 1 , chopped
Vegetable stock/Chicken stock / water with 2 stock cubes 5 Cup (80 tbs)
Olive oil/Butter /combination of both 2 Tablespoon
Crushed garlic 2 Tablespoon
Grated cheese 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Water 5 Cup (80 tbs)

Directions

MAKING:

Bring water to boil in a large pot and add stock/ stock cubes to iy.

Add cauliflower, cover with lid and cook for 7-10 minutes or until well cooked.

Transfer the cauliflower to blender and process until smooth.

In a saucepan, heat olive oil and butter.  Saute garlic and add cauliflower puree to it.

Add milk, grated cheese, salt, pepper and stir well until well cooked.

 

SERVING:                       

Serve with rice or pasta and enjoy!
