Made by Gordon Ramsay on the TV show Cookery Course, I've replicated this recipe with a Kravings twist. Humble and easy to find ingredients like canned Sardines and bottled sun dried tomatoes are paired with frozen Tiger Shrimp and fresh fried breadcrumbs and tossed together with parsley and spaghetti to make a tasty meal.

Ingredients

Spagheti 400 Gram
Canned sardines 200 Gram
Red onion 1 , finely chopped
Green chili slices 3
Chopped garlic 2 Teaspoon
Bread slice 1 , crumbled
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Sun dried tomatoes 5 , chopped
Capers 1 Teaspoon
Diced tomatoes 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Parsley 2 Tablespoon
Shrimp 2 Pound , deveined
Salt & pepper To Taste
Chili flakes 1 Pinch

Directions

MAKING

1. Marinate shrimps in salt, pepper and red chili flakes.

2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add garlic and bread crumbs and cook until the crumbs are golden. Set it aside.

3. Heat a saute pan with olive oil. Saute onions, garlic and green chilies and cook until the onions turn golden brown.

4. Drop in sun-dried tomatoes and sardines and mash it with the back of the spoon.

5. Add sardines and mash it with the back of the spoon. Also, add tomatoes and capers. Mix and cover to let everything cook.

6. Meanwhile, cook pasta in a pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain the water.

7. In the frying pan, heat some more olive oil and saute the shrimps for 30 to 40 seconds on each side. Set aside.

8. Add pasta to the saute pan and toss to mix everything well. Pour the remaining oil from the sardines can and mix.

SERVING

9. Plate the pasta into a serving dish. Garnish with bread crumbs and top with shrimps. Serve.
